Biography and information

Member of the CPSU(b) since 1952. He graduated from the Kiev architect. in-t (1927). Worked in Moscow. In the 1920-1930's, guided by the principles of constructivism contributed to the design of residential homes, working club. Later one of the authors of building New Kuzminki, standard designs of prefabricated houses (1959-64).
