Biography and information
Artist Chmel Elena was born in the Crimea in the city of Sevastopol.
From 1998-2005 she studied at the Sevastopol art school. From 2005-2008 she studied environmental design at the University of Culture (Kiev). In 2008 I entered the Kiev Academy of Architecture and Arts (N.I. Kompanza workshop), which I graduated in 2015.
I work in different techniques, preferring engraving, mascara and acrylic.
