(Part cycle of paintings "Equestrian portrait of Philip III" and 1635 "Equestrian portrait of Margaret of Austria" 1635), (a pair to the painting "Equestrian portrait of Philip IV" 1634). According to lópez-Rey, originally the picture was painted by unidentified artist (possibly Vincenzo Carducci or Eugenio by EXECOM), and then heavily rewritten by Velasquez[
