Evgeny
Vsevolodovich Volobuev

People's artist of Ukraine (since 1995). B. in the village of varvarivka, Kharkiv province. Childhood and youth were spent in the city of Lgov Kursk province. He's here until 1928 he studied painting with a local artist N. N. Arshinova. From 1928 to 1931 he studied at the Kharkov art College. From 1931 to 1935 in Kharkov, and from the third year at the Kiev art Institute. In 1939 he taught at the Kharkiv art College, and from 1940 in Kharkiv art Institute as an assistant from the artist Kozik. From 1947 to 1954 he taught at the Kiev art school. Works are kept in art museums in Kiev, Lugansk and other Ukrainian museums.

I was born in the village of varvarivka, Kharkiv province, in 1912. He began to study the artist Arshinova N. N. in Lgov of Kursk region in 1927-28. From 1928 to 1931 the Kharkov art College. From 1931 to 1935 - the Kharkov art Institute. The first two years - Sharonov, Shavykina and Prokhorov. Third year - F. G. Krichevsky at the Kiev art Institute. In 1939 I wrote a bad degree. The examination Board gave me another year. I went on simultaneously with the diploma taught. In 1939 in Kharkiv art College, and in 1940 (at the beginning) in the Kharkov Institute of arts as an assistant to the artist Kozik. After the war I taught at the Kiev art school, in the years 1947-1954.

I'm more concerned with Ukraine. I was born, however, near the border with Russia. Here I spent my childhood. Here have received higher education, studied with the best artists. Received the high title of people's artist. So that I owe. But the best place on Earth is l and all that is connected with it.
