Muralist. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
He graduated MVHPU (b. Stroganov), Department of monumental-decorative painting (the Studio of V. F. Bardachenko) in 1955 Member of the artists Union of the USSR (MOA) between 1961 and 1979, participating in exhibitions in Russia and abroad (Germany, France, Switzerland). Personal exhibitions in Moscow and the Moscow region. The winner of the contest "380 years Mytischi" (2003), awarded with diplomas for contribution to the arts, "letter of thanks" of the State Duma "For contribution to the development of the creative education of children" (2004). Created a number of paintings and frescoes in cities of Russia and Kazakhstan. Currently engaged in easel painting. Works are in Sergiev Posad state history and art Museum, the Museum of the history of fire in Moscow, in the collections of the Ministry of culture of the RSFSR. Represented in the directory CX MDI MOA, 2008.

Author paintings: "Parks" (tempera) for the cinema "Glory" (Moscow), "Sports" (the mural) to the House of culture (Kirkenes). Performed works: "the Swimmers" (1977), "Fishermen of the Baltic sea" (1995), "Russia – Ryazan land" (1990, property RF Ministry of culture), triptychs "Pine", "Iris" (1990).
Participant of exhibitions, including: zonal exhibition "Moscow" (Moscow, 1975, 1977, 1980, 1985), all-Union art exhibition "Blue roads of the Motherland" (Moscow, 1979), "Women of the Moscow world Congress of women" (1987), "Artists of Sergiev Posad" (Zagorsk, 1993), "the Monumentalists of Moscow" (2002), "70 years of MOSH" (2003).

Works by R. SPMZ are stored in private collections abroad: in Berlin (Germany), Paris (France), Belgium.
He was awarded medals "For valiant labor in the great Patriotic war 1941-1945" (1994), "Veteran of labour" (1995), "50 years of victory in the great Patriotic war" (1995).
