Born in 1968 in Sverdlovsk.

In 1989 graduated from Sverdlovsk art College named. I. D. Shadr. Completed art education at the Ural state Academy of architecture and arts, specialization "Monumental and decorative painting".

Since 1993 - the constant participant of city, regional exhibitions.

Since 2000 – member of the Union of artists of Russia.

R. Khabibullin - the artist who builds his work on the adoption and style of art in past eras. He uses masterpieces of world art to create a charming and outright parodies. This ironic, witty, fine painting and detail the artist. His painting is a contemporary replica to its predecessor, beautiful retelling of famous paintings. Thus, the "Allegory of transitoriness" - a paraphrase of the Flemish still life of XVI-XVII centuries with careful attention to detail in the composition. And "Venus of Urbino" (2004) is a modern parody of Chojnice on the famous "Venus of Urbino" (1538) by Titian.
