Was born in Dnepropetrovsk. He graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk XY (1965) and KHI (1972). Lecturer – V. Shatalin. Participant of regional, Republican and all-Union exhibitions since 1955. A member of the artists Union of the USSR since 1974. The honored worker of arts of the USSR since 1979. Master of landscape and thematic paintings. Presented at the Dnepropetrovsk HMM.
