Graduated from the Leningrad. The vkhutein (1930), disciple of A. Rylova, A. Savinov. Participant of exhibitions since 1925. From 1931 he taught at the Repin Institute of arts in 1968 and Professor. Portraits, landscapes, still lifes, genre paintings.

Thesis in the CVC "Semicarinata. Construction." He studied at the faculty of painting, awarded the title of artist of monumental painting.

Born on 31 Dec 1903 in Odessa.

In 1930, Vladimir Gorb graduated from the Leningrad Vkhutein.

She studied under Alexander Savinov, Arcady Rylov, Alexander Karev, Kuzma Petrov-Vodkin, Pavel Naumov, Dmitry Kiplik.

Participant of exhibitions since 1925.

Member of the Leningrad Union of artists since 1937.

He painted portraits, landscapes, genre scenes, still lifes.

More than half a century devoted to teaching in the secondary school of fine arts and the Repin Institute of arts in Repin.

Honored art worker of the RSFSR (1970). Professor of the Repin Institute of arts in the name of I. E. Repin (1972).

Personal exhibition in Leningrad (1967).
