The son of A. P. and V. S. Isaev, brother of A. M. Isayev. He studied at AHPU(1976-80) A. P. Isaev.

Artist Dmitrov art production workshop (Dmitrov, Moscow region, 1984-88). Member of the artists Union (1993). Member of the Board of SPO CXP (1999-2004).

The most important place in the work occupies a landscape (in oil painting). Performed works: "March" (1990), "Frowned" (1993), "After the rain", "Silence" (both 2002), "Over the lake", "Spring in Sergiev Posad" (both 2004).

Participant of exhibitions (since 1990), including: III zonal exhibition "Moscow suburbs" (Moscow, 1990), "Autumn salon" (Sergiev Posad, 1995, 1996, 1998, 2000, 2002, 2004).

Exhibition of works by I. took place in 1990 (Sergiev Posad). Exhibition of works of the family I. was held in 1999, 2000 (Sergiev Posad).

Works of the artist are in private collections in Russia and abroad.
