In 1952 he graduated from the Moscow art and graphic pedagogical school (teachers M. F., Volodin, V. V. Klyuev). In 1953-1960 he studied in Moscow State Art Institute. V. I. Surikov, M. V. matorina, and A. E. Kibrik (diploma work - series of lithographs "the Zoo").
A talented master of drawing and painting, in the works which reflected many phases of domestic art. Known for work on child theme series ("Zoo", illustrations for children's publications, genre compositions, "Conversation"), has created several series of contemporaries and the country ("Pereslavl-Zalesskiy", "Borovsk", farm "Kursakovo", "Kamchatka Mart", "By Pushkin places"). At a certain stage of creativity practiced austere style, in the manner which she managed to bring feminine lyrical tone, giving it a touching purity ("Orange house", "Twilight").
Works included in the collection of the State Tretyakov Gallery, Ulyanovsk regional art Museum, the art gallery of V. I. Ivanova (Ryazan).
Personal exhibitions took place in Poland and Yugoslavia (1969), and Moscow (2000, 2006).
