Studied at Moscow state University (1923-28), and then in Moscow. VHUTEINe (1928-30, a disciple of P. Konchalovsky, Sergei Gerasimov, I. Rabinovich) and in Leningrad. OH (1930-33). Worked in various. t-RAH of the country, in 1940-44, in Ashgabat. 1950 / artist Mosk. Muz. t-RA im.Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko.
