Born in Palekh. Hereditary painter, daughter of R. L. Belousova. Member of the Union of artists of the RSFSR in 1989. In 1977-1982, he studied at the Palekh art school. Teachers - Yu. A. Brovkin, B. M. Nemtinov. In 1982-1989 worked at the Palekh art-production workshops.
Themes of works: folklore, literature, genre scenes. Participant of exhibitions since 1983. The work of G. R. Belousova is stored in the State Museum of art pagechicago, HF Russia.
