Serf architect gr. N. B. Yusupov. B. in CL. Rakitnoe Hotmassage County Kursk province (now - the Graivoronsky district of Belgorod region). The art of building was taught by the architect V. Y. Strizhakova, after which in 1821 took his place and under the supervision of architect E. D. Tyurin was in charge of the construction in the suburban Yusupov estate "Arkhangelsk".
