Born in rzhyschiv Kiev region. Ukrainian painter, landscape painter, genre painter. Honored artist of the USSR since 1985. In 1938 he graduated from the Kiev art school (studied at I. Horodetskoho, J. Kiianchenko). Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
