She was born in Leningrad. Semenov graduated from the technical College of mechanical wood processing (1970-1973). Works in the genre of Khokhloma painting on wood. Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1996. 1985 - the constant participant of regional exhibitions. Exhibitor of zonal ("Great Volga", 1985, 1991, 1998, 2003), Republican (Kazan 1985; Cheboksary 1987; 1997 Saransk; Yoshkar-Ola, 1998; Kiev, 2000; Moscow, 2000 British Embassy) art exhibitions.
