Was born in Baku. He graduated from Azerbaijan State Art College in Baku (1983) and all-Union State Institute of Cinematography in Moscow (1991). Since 1991 works in film, theater and television. As an art Director, he participated in the creation of many commercials and music videos.

Since 1982 participates in art exhibitions. The paintings are in the collections of the Union of Artists and Ministry of Culture of Russia and Azerbaijan, in private and public collections in Europe and America.

Since 1997-member of the International Confederation of unions of Artists (Union Artists).

Since 1998 - member of the Union of Designers of Russia.
