Alexandrovna Tverdyanskaya

B. 19 Dec 1912 in St. Petersburg - mind. 16 Dec 1984 in Kharkiv. Graduated from Kharkiv art College (1934-38) and Kharkiv art Institute (1938-41; 1944-46), where he studied with L. Bloch. A member HO CFS from 1946, Chairman of the sculpture section HO CFS (1950-53). Participant of Republican and international exhibitions since 1947. He worked in sculpture and monumental the workshops of Kharkov (1936-40), he taught at hghu (1946-50).
