He graduated from the Technological Institute on speciality engineer-mechanic.
In 1989 "under the influence of personal experiences" became interested in drawing portraits.
Since 1991 he is a member of the Association of free artists, working in Tatarstan Republic, Nizhnekamsk and St. Petersburg, on Nevsky prospect. From 1993 to 1997, attended Evening drawing classes at the Art Academy. Repin (workshop of Y. Matsko). In 2000 he held his first solo exhibition in Nizhnekamsk, in 2001 – in Naberezhnye Chelny.
He enjoys jazz, accompanies the exhibition guitar improvisations
