Oksana Mas was born in Ilyichevsk, Odessa region, Ukraine. In 1986 graduated from Ilichevsk fine arts school, in 1992 Odessa state art school named after M. Grekov. In 2003, he received the degree of bachelor of philosophy at Odessa University named after Mechnikov.
