Born in 1978., in Montenegro. Vlatka is a visual artist of the younger generation Montenegrin. Graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cetinje and postgraduate specialist studies. She is the winner of the Best Student Award 2008/9 Student at the University of Montenegro, Atlsa scholarship in 2008. Lives and works in Podgorica.
