Boris Kocheyshvili. Me and Them

State Tretyakov Gallery invites to visit the exhibition "Boris Kocheyshvili. Me and Them.".

The exhibition features over a hundred works from the collection of the Tretyakov Gallery, private collections and the artist's family. For the first time in the museum space the audience will be able to see unusual sculptural reliefs made in the author's improvisational sculpting technique - in specially mounted architectural light installation. The exhibition will also feature graphics and paintings from different years, from the early works of the mid-1970s to the new pictorial panels.

The works of Boris Kocheyshvili are in the collections of leading museums - the State Tretyakov Gallery, Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, State Museum of Oriental Art, State Russian Museum, Ludwig Museum (Germany), National Gallery of Georgia, AZ Museum, more than thirty Russian regional art museums, as well as in private collections worldwide. The exhibition at the New Tretyakovka is a multifaceted exploration of the artist's world, presented by means of the latest museology.
