Evelina Rongonen is an artist from St. Petersburg, a 5th year student at the Repin Academy of Arts (former Imperial Academy of Arts).
With a burning eye, he is engaged in graphics, painting and mixed techniques, independently experimenting with the play of interaction of materials and styles. He does not limit himself to academism, welcoming modern trends and occasionally using motifs of expressionism and impressionism.
Passionate about the theme of contrasts. She explores color combinations, light transitions and semantic connotations. There is no need to deliberately search for inspiration, as various events of a busy life, beautiful views of her favorite city, the surrounding nature and her own vision of beauty and the world regularly fill her mind with ideas. In addition to his own subjects, he sometimes reinterprets well-known motifs.
At the moment, Evelina's contemporary works appear in private collections, and certain academic ones are kept in the collection of the Academy of Arts.
