He studied in studios in Lausanne (1925-29), Antwerp (1929-30), in the Academy of Arts in Paris (1936). Unreasonably repressed. 1910, May 5. - Born in Petersburg. The father is a border guard officer. Mother is a doctor.

1950, January 1st. - Second arrest. The investigation. Verdict: link to Siberia. Arrival in the village Motygino in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Arrival of the wife with the daughter Lyudmila and the son Vsevolod. Family reunification. Life and work as an artist in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

1956. - Rehabilitation A.V. and LM Aktsynov. Family relocation to Novokuznetsk.

1968. - Moving to Cheboksary. Work as an artist. Holding exhibitions of works by A.V. and LM Aktsynov in the exhibition halls of Moscow, the Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, the Research Institute in Monino near Moscow, in Chuvashia. Assignment A.The. Aktsynov titles Honored Artist of Chuvashia (1984) and Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (1997).
