Born in the town of Kulebaki in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Graduated, finished the art school (1949-1954). Works in the genre of portraiture, urban landscape. Author of thematic paintings and landscapes. Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1965. 1957 - the constant participant of regional exhibitions. Exhibitor of zonal ("Great Volga", 1970, 1974, 1980, 1985, 1998, 2003), Republican (Moscow 1983) art exhibitions.

Solo exhibition: Gorky, 1988, N.Novgorod, 2003, and in the cities of the region (Kulebaki, Navashino, Gorodets, Ardatov) .
