Honored artist of Russia.
Born August 29, 1932 in Moscow. In 1954 he graduated from the painting Department of the Moscow art-industrial school im. M. I. Kalinin; in 1960 (also with honors) from the Moscow state art Institute. V. I. Surikov, Studio of easel graphic art under the direction of E. A. Kibrik. Since 1969 member of the Union of artists of the USSR. In 1969 - 1972 he worked in the graphic Studio of the USSR Academy of arts.
Since 1958, a permanent participant of art exhibitions in our country and abroad.
In 1995 a series of watercolors of "City of Russia" received the gold medal of the Russian Academy of arts, and in 1999 his artistic activity has been awarded a diploma and gold medal from the American Biographical Institute "Man of the year 1999".
The artist's work is represented in the collections of the 56 museums, including in the Kiev Museum of Russian art of the Dresden gallery (the Cabinet graphics), in private collections Finland, Sweden, Greece, France, USA, Canada, Germany, Italy, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
