Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.

Born March 18, 1922 in Moscow.

He studied at the Art school of Memory of 1905 L. I. Aronov and L. Y. Zevin.

In 1950 he graduated from Moscow State art Institute named after V. I. Surikov, where he studied in the workshop of Sergei Gerasimov, was one of his favorite students.

Studied at B. L. Zakaznov, Vladimir Favorsky, I. I. Chekmazova, V. V. Pochitalova.

1954 - beginning of exhibition activity.

Since then, O. V. Chistyakov participated in over 100 exhibitions in Moscow, Republican and all-Union.

In 1955 became a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.

In 1989 in Moscow organized the first solo exhibition O. V. Chistyakova.

In the same year he was awarded a diploma for the best work of the year.

In addition, she has a number of diplomas and certificates of Mosh.

In 1999 he held a solo exhibition, O. V. Chistyakova in the gallery "Les Oreades" in the Central House of artists on Krymsky Val.

Then he was promoted to the rank of Honored artist of Russia.

2000 - O. V. Chistyakov was awarded the title of Honored artist of Russia.

Along with intensive creative work of O. V. Chistyakov gave a lot of effort teaching.

From 1952 to 1982 he taught at the Department of drawing and painting at the Moscow textile Institute.

Over 30 years of teaching awarded medals, certificates and diplomas.

In 1982 he received the title of "Veteran of labour".

Paintings O. V. Chistyakova are in various national museums and collections, as well as in foreign galleries and private collections.
