Ivanovich Sheltunov

Born in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. From 1966 to 1970 he studied at the Irkutsk art school at G. E. Novikova, and G. A. Kurochkina-Domashenko. After graduation he returned to Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
