B. in the city of Novgorod-Seversky, Chernigov province (now - Chernihiv region of Ukraine) in the family working. In 1931 - 1932 he studied at the school and worked in a plant "Dynamo" in Moscow, then studied (1932 - 1935) at the Moscow architecture and planning College. From 1936 until the beginning of the second world war he worked in the architectural-planning workshop city Council architect-planner. A veteran of the second world war, after which he worked in the city Stalinogorsk (now Novomoskovsk) Tula region, and from 1959 to 1970 - senior engineer Chapter engineer of the trust "Kurskrudstroy" in Zheleznogorsk Kursk region, then chief architect of Zheleznogorsk (I. 1970-VIII.1977). Was behind the founding of Zheleznogorsk. He took an active part in the formation of a General plan of the city, in the construction projects of the Central districts. He was awarded many government awards.
