Training in WAH was held at the faculty of architecture.
After graduating from Petersburg. In-t CET. engineers (1914) and Leningrad. AH (1923). Worked in architect. the workshops of Leningrad (1919-41). From 1928 Professor of the Repin Institute of arts in. Tr. on the theory and history of urban planning, including kN. "Russian urban planning until the end of the XVII century" (1953).
