Helen Mary de Kooning (eng. Elaine Marie de Kooning, née freed; 12 Mar 1918, Brooklyn — February 1, 1989, Southampton, new York) — American artist, graphic and art critic. The representative of the artistic movements of abstract expressionism, Professor of art. Played a major role in the development of American painting in the postwar period.
