Painter, artistic method which is based on a combination of color contrasts, figurative and abstract forms. Ratner works are in the Tretyakov gallery, the Museum "New Jerusalem", the gallery, Turunc, Berlin (Germany).
Born in 1925 in Moscow. In 1951 he graduated from Moscow State art Institute. V. I. Surikov. In the 1950s. the years has played a monumental work in the pavilions VDNH.
Exhibitions: In 1980. the years participated in exhibitions of the municipal Committee. Moscow. Participation in the exhibition Moscow - Washington - Moscow (1990 -1991). Personal exhibition in Gallery of the Phoenix. Moscow (1994).
