He graduated from the KHI (1931-1939), teachers at the speciality - F. Krichevsky, P. Volokidin, M. Sharonov, S. Grigoriev, K. Yeleva. Member of Union of artists. Taught in Lugansk HU. For a long time Chairman of the Lugansk branch of the USSR Union. In Lugansk, opened the Museum of the artist (1990).
In 1931 – 1939 he studied at KHI. For the thesis were immediately adopted in the CFS. After graduation I moved to Lugansk, where he became a teacher of Art school. Created the first in Donbass branch of the CX and headed it. In 1957, the delegate of the 1st Congress of the USSR artists. For many years headed the Luhansk branch of the Union of artists of the USSR. Paintings were exhibited more than 50 international and domestic exhibitions. In the late 1990-ies in Lugansk was opened the Museum of the artist.
