Andreevich Brenzen

Did much for the development of educational stained glass school in St. Petersburg graduate. After graduating in 1903 Stieglitz school and completing an internship in France, he returned to St. Petersburg, where since 1907 he has already led stained glass classes in TSUTR.

Graduated from Central school of drawing Stieglitz in St. Petersburg (1903).

He studied in Paris in the Studio of razpisi glass of Gaudin, Paris Academy of fine arts he attended a course of anatomy and the Art school of the Louvre and register for lectures of art history.

K. Brencens visited France, Spain, the UK, Holland and Germany.

In 1907 – 1920's he lives in St. Petersburg and runs his Studio painting of glass in the Stieglitz school.

In 1920 he returned to Latvia. In 1923 he started to work in Latvian Academy of arts, where prepodaet different items until 1950.

In exhibitions the artist has participated с1902. Personal exhibitions are organized in Paris (1906), cēsis (1922), Riga (1924). Memorable exhibitions are organized in Riga (1979, together with A. Stralem, I. Severinson, A. ticket), Madliena (1979).

He participated in the work of community artists “Rūķis” artists Union “Sadarbs”. The member of artists Union since 1944.
