Born in Beltsy (Moldova). In 1976-1981, he studied at the Palekh art school. Teachers - A. V. Borunov, V. F. Morokin. In 1981-1989, he worked at the Palekh art-production workshops. Was engaged in monumental painting, scrapbooking, icons. Themes of works: folklore, literature, religious. Participant of exhibitions since 1984. Work N.And.Lukina (Mikhailova) is stored in HF Russia.
