Erarta Museum of Contemporary Art invites you to visit an exhibition-experiment "Yunus Safardiar. Obsession.".
The audience will be introduced to the author, whose innovative works are represented in major museums and private collections around the world, as well as in iconic public spaces. This exhibition is a new experiment of the artist, an attempt to deploy before the viewer not the images of characters, not meaningful plots and aesthetic forms, but certain dynamic states. The author synthesizes them from a variety of small details, each of which is worthy of being considered separately.
Yunus Safardiar is known as the author of original sculptures made with incredible ingenuity and always using the latest technology. Every day tens of thousands of people slow down to consider his works: the rider flying into the glass block at Novosibirsk airport or the giants slumbering in luminous sarcophagi in one of the high-rises of the Moscow City complex, whose lethargic peace has a pacifying effect on local clerks.
