Biography of Tsibarev V. E.
Victor Egorovich Tsibarev was born in 1922 in Penza region, Leninsky district, Merlin s-council, in the village of Kiselevka, in the family of a middle-aged man. In 1935 he graduated from elementary school, in 1938 Merlin high school, in 1939 at Penza Pedagogical College he finished one-year teacher training courses for elementary schools. In 1939 he entered Penza Art School and not finishing the 3rd course of the school on December 12, 1941 was drafted into the Soviet army.
From December 12, 1941 he was in the 46th Reserve Artillery Regiment of the Far East Army
front, where in 1942 he graduated from the regimental school for junior artillery commanders.
From October 1942 to February 1946 he worked as a gun commander at the 46th reserve artillery regiment. From August to September 1945 he participated in the war with Japan in the 2562 Howitzer Artillery Regiment as a gun commander.
From February 1946 to November 1946 he worked as an artist at the house of officers of the Soviet army garrison 74 Passing-track of the Transbaikal Military District, from where he was demobilized.
In 1946 he entered the 3rd year of the Penza Art School named after K.A. Savitsky.
He graduated with honors in 1949.
In 1949 he entered the Kharkov Art and Industrial Institute in the department of theater painting.
He graduated with honors in 1955.
From 1955-1956 chief artist of the theater TYUZ Omsk.
In 1956 he moved to Kemerovo and became an artist of the Kemerovo Art Fund of the RSFSR.
From 1957-1960. 1st chairman of the board of Kemerovo branch of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR.
From 1972-1975. - lecturer at Kemerovo Art School.
In 1978, moving to the city of Blagoveshchensk in the Amur region.
In 1979, moving to the city of Penza.
From 1979 - 1982 he taught at the Penza Art School named after K. Savitsky and worked in the art fund of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR.
In 1998 - died at the age of 76.
