From 1971 to 1976 together with his family he lived in Orenburg, continuing to work productively and participating in regional exhibitions (1973 Exhibition "the 200th anniversary of the Pugachev rebellion").

In 1981 Vladimir Nikolaevich recommended creative trip to North Ossetia, the city of Ordzhonikidze. But artistic activity in Ulyanovsk has begun to decline. Affects less, than in Uzbekistan, the financial difficulties of the artist. Today the Union of Artists does not help, artists exist by themselves, swim out as best I can.
In 2002, from February 23 to March 1, Vladimir Nikolaevich with the assistance of the Studio "Viz-Design" (Ulyanovsk), the Arab-Russian Cultural Information Centre "Nefertiti" participated in the international exhibition "Vernissage Nefertiti-2002", held in Egypt.
