Born in Palekh. Hereditary painter, son of A. I. Blokhin. He studied at the educational workshops of the Committee of guardianship of Russian iconography. Died in 1985 in Moscow.
Was engaged in drawing on fabric. Themes of works: folklore, genre scenes. Work N..Blokhin is stored in the State Museum of Palekh art.
