Serafimovich Shilov

Born in 1940 in the town of Kuznetsk, Penza region. Studied at the Kazan art school (1957-1962) E. G. Lipkind, B. I. Mayorov, V. I. Kudelina, R. tukhvatullina A.; Kharkov art - industrial Institute (1962-1970), E. P. Yegorov. He graduated from the monumental workshop under his guidance. A member of the artists Union of the USSR since 1973. Muralist, painter. Author of thematic compositions. Refers to the historical, biblical, gospel stories; a portrait painter. Participant of regional, zonal, Republican, all-Union and international exhibitions. Works are TMII, THIS, private collections in Russia, USA. Lives in Tyumen.
