Vasilyevich Rosin

Born in 1928 in Kiev. Brought up in an orphanage. A teenager in the Urals, in Nizhny Tagil and Sverdlovsk, works as a Turner in munitions factories making shells for "Katyusha" and bearings for heavy tanks.

After the war he worked in Chernobyl at the shipyard of G. G. In 1951-1956 he studied at the Dnepropetrovsk art College. After one year of work at the school in Vinnytsia region, Nival, teacher of painting and drawing, he entered the Kiev art Institute. He studied at the Shtilman, trokhimenko, Khmelko. Graduated from the Institute in 1965 (with a two-year break). For three years he taught in Pereyaslav school. Then work in Kyiv, Cherkasy and Kirovohrad art funds. Worked on mine.

In the Crimea for 30 years, since 1976. Worked as a graphic designer in the farm-factory "Alushta". Participated in exhibitions in all the cities where he lived. In Alushta there were two personal exhibitions. Many works are in private collections in Russia, Belarus, Poland, Germany, Finland.
