Vasilievich Neroda

Member of the Union of artists of the USSR. People's artist of the RSFSR (1967), corresponding member of the USSR Academy of arts (1967).

Studied in MUZHVZ (1913-17), a disciple of S. volnuchini. A member of AHRR (1926). Lived and worked in Moscow. The author of the monument to Lenin in Perm (1954), to heroes-seamen in Severomorsk (1973), sculptural portraits ("Sverdlov", 1932). Sovm. with them as well as yourself, working son, the artist Yuri Neroda (1920-2006).
