Born in Stalingrad(Volgograd) lived and worked there. Since childhood showed no ordinary ability to painting, the war prevented him from learning, though Fedor has created a large number of works that have been recognized in our country and abroad. Known on the works of "Messengers of spring", "Stalingrad is on fire", "the Volga hydroelectric power station construction" (series of paintings), "the Scar of the earth." etc.
