V. M. Mineev member of the Creative Union of artists of Russia and International Federation of artists (IFA). Victor participated in over 60 joint exhibitions, 12 personal. The artist's works are in Museum, corporate and private collections in Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France, Spain, USA.
