Our fabulous everything

An exhibition opened at the Cinema Museum "Our fabulous everything."dedicated to the history of film adaptations of fairy tales by Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin. The exhibition presents materials from the museum's collection related to the films adaptations of Pushkin's fairy tales - sketches, storyboards.

Magical stories are often embodied in animated films, but there are also feature films based on Pushkin's tales, such as "The Tale of Tsar Saltan" (1967) and "Ruslan and Lyudmila" (1972) by the famous storyteller Alexander Ptushko, materials for which are presented at the exhibition.

The exhibition "Our Fairytale Everything" also presents sketches and storyboards for the classic animated films "The Tale of Tsar Saltan" (1943, Soyuzmultfilm), "The Tale of the Dead Tsarevna and the Seven Bogatyrs" (1951, "The Tale of the Dead Tzarevna and the Seven Heroes (1951, Soyuzmultfilm), The Tale of the Fool and His Worker Balda (1956, Soyuzmultfilm), The Tale of the Golden Rooster (1967, Soyuzmultfilm), The Tale of Tsar Saltan (1984, Soyuzmultfilm).
