He was buried at the Novo-Derevenskoe cemetery in Balashikha district. Anatoly Ivanovich Yaroslavtsev had been working in his profession for 45 years. Work was his style and way of life, the usual daily routine - every morning at his desk. No loud declarations, statements, arguments about creativity. It was like a monastic obedience - constant doing. It is also like traveling, but with a purpose: to fill myself with things that will make it possible to sit down at my desk in the morning. I have an attitude toward everything else - exhibitions, catalogs, museums, work at the Union of Artists - as an inevitable accompaniment to the profession. The artist worked in a realistic manner; in different genres - narrative composition, historical theme, landscape, portrait. He used different techniques - etching, drawing, linocut, poster, oil painting - to maximize the disclosure of the diverse subjects of his works. But of course etching was his main preference. Apparently, the labor-intensive technology of etching matched perfectly with the artist's personal qualities - patience, endurance, thoroughness, diligence, thus ensuring the highest level of polished craftsmanship. The main motive of the artist's work is persistent and fearless gazing into life in all its manifestations, trying to make sense of them. Now we are to gaze into his works, which reflect the life he tirelessly gazed into. He left a huge creative heritage, which requires systematization and comprehension, but the artistic scale of which is obvious. Anatoly Yaroslavtsev has participated in regional, national, international and personal exhibitions: 1999 - Boldino Autumn exhibition dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Alexander Pushkin.
