Was born in Chita. He Graduated From The Cheat. artistic-prom. school in 1920. In Harbin, he taught artistic disciplines in schools. The author of the murals of the temples in Harbin, Shanghai and Tokyo Orthodox Cathedral. From 1933 he lived in Shanghai. He founded the art school in Tianjin.
