The first architect of Cheboksary, laureate of the State prize of the Russian Federation.
Born in D. Urmarskogo Buinsk district of the Chuvash Republic.
Worked as an architect in the cities of Cheboksary, Orenburg, Novorossiysk, Yoshkar–Ola. He is the author of projects of a number of buildings constructed in Cheboksary: eye hospital (now the Republican cardiology center), pedagogical Institute (now one of the industrial buildings Electric plant), builders club (now House of culture. I Uhsa) and one of the authors of the project of the House of Soviets in the capital of Chuvash Republic. Its construction is made in the style of constructivism.
