Book artist, watercolorist. Studied at N. Radlov, M. Dobuzhinsky, A. Savinova (1922-1924). He worked in Detgiz V. Lebedeva (1926), "Lenfilm" (1932-1934). Studied at Kostroma, later (1923-1924) at the archaeological faculty of the Petrograd University in 1924 in Studio A. Savinova (Petrograd). From 1935 participant of exhibitions. Lived in Leningrad. In the 1930s he worked in various ed-wah. In 1934-1946 taught at the universities of Leningrad. The wife of artist V. A. Vlasov.
