B. 22 APR 1915 in S. Kobeliachok, now Poltava region — mind. 12 Nov 1995 in Kharkiv. Party bojowych action during the great Patriotic war. Graduated from the Kharkov art College (1932-38) and Kharkiv art Institute (1938-41; 1945-47), where he studied with A. Coquelles, I. Dica, V. Mironenko. A member HO CFS in 1948. The participant of Republican, all-Union and foreign exhibitions since 1947. Taught at hghw and hhpi (1946-73).
