Born in 1940 in the city of Aktobe (Kazakhstan). In 1977 he graduated from the Kiev Art Institute with a degree in painter. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Since 1985, a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Participant of All-Union, Republican, regional and international exhibitions.
